Daycare & Boarding Requirements

• Owner and pup must register and have an account

• All daycare/ boarding dogs must be 16 weeks old and have all vaccinations required for daycare (Bordatella, Distemper, Parvo, Canine Influenza)

• All dogs must be disease and parasite FREE! We count on our pups owners to ensure the health of the pack. Please do not send sick pups to daycare. This will get other dogs sick and no one wants to take their pup out at 2am!

• We need a ONE PAGE document of Vaccine records with the dates the vaccines are DUE- not when they were given. (NOT FULL MEDICAL HISTORY)

• All owners must keep their pups vaccines records updated- please DO NOT EMAIL- upload your pups vaccines to their ginger profile

• All male dogs must be neutered by the date of Free Trial Day

• Female dogs do not have to be spade- but they CANNOT come to daycare while they are in heat.

• All dogs must be socialized. Dogs that have bit humans or other dogs are not allowed to join our daycare program.

• All dogs must pass Free Trial Day and temperament test

• All dogs must be registered with the City of Chicago

• All new dogs must purchase a 10 day package/commit to Transport Membership the day of their Trial Day and then start attending daycare immediately.

• All dogs must come 2 days per week (this establishes a routine with your pup and the pack is well balanced!)

• A reservation for daycare drop ins and boarding must be made and accepted by Fit Dog Chicago BEFORE you drop your pup off at Fit Dog.

• All boarding invoices must be made before your pup is dropped off for their boarding stay.
