All new clients must complete registration on Gingr. Please make sure to upload vaccines and sign the waiver!

IMPORTANT: Drop off for the Trial is promptly at 6:45a before we open so they your pup is first to arrive. This is very important to set your dog up for a succesful first day. This will allow them to acclimate to the pack as they arrive.

Once you pup attends Trial Day and is accepted -10 pack of drop ins or Transport Membership must be purchased and use daycare/transport 1 day within the first 10 days after the TRIAL DAY. New Customers cannot use pay per day option until they have used an entire 10 pack.

The Phone Call with Saul is required as part of the New Customer Process. We schedule the call the day BEFORE your Trial Day at 1pm. If you Trial Day is on Monday (then it will be on the Friday before at 1p. We will send a follow up email and confirmation!

1. Log into Gingr

2. On the left hand side select Account

3. Then select Waivers and Agreements

4. Then select Sign.
